You'll develop design intent into clear, buildable drawing sets for US, UK and UAE practices, from design development through to construction documents.
You'll produce HVAC layouts, ductwork and equipment drawings, and coordinate them with the Architecture and other services.
You'll prepare lighting, power and low-current layouts, schematics and panel schedules for international projects.
You'll draw water supply, drainage and fire protection systems, with clean coordination against the architectural model.
You'll produce structural framing plans, sections and reinforcement details that sit neatly with the architectural set.
