For $12.50/hour, all software licenses are included by Insolitude. We provide active, full commercial subscriptions for Autodesk Revit (2021 through 2025), AutoCAD Architecture, Navisworks Manage, and Bluebeam Revu eXtreme, running on our high-performance liquid-cooled CAD workstations. For $10.00/hour, software licenses are not included in our rate and are provided/provisioned by the client (for example, your firm assigns our specialist a seat on your Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 account, or provides remote access/VPN to your license pool).

How does the 160-hour monthly threshold and payment adjustment work?

Our standard full-time capacity baseline is 160 hours per month (40 hours/week × 4 weeks = 1.0 FTE). This represents a base commitment of $1,600/mo ($10/hr plan) or $2,000/mo ($12.50/hr plan). If your project workload exceeds 160 hours, billing increases strictly at the flat hourly rate of $10/hr or $12.50/hr for every additional hour worked. If your workload decreases below 160 hours (e.g. during a slow milestone or pending municipal review), your payment is reduced by $10/hr or $12.50/hr for every unspent hour. You only ever pay for active, productive production capacity.

How do you track production hours and verify work completed?

We utilize automated, auditable time tracking with categorized task logs and daily transmittal notes. Every daily sync transmittal includes a concise breakdown of sheets authored, models synchronized, redlines picked up, and exact hours logged.

Can our firm switch between the $10/hr and $12.50/hr plans later?

Yes. If you initially have extra Autodesk Construction Cloud licenses and choose $10/hr, but later need us to utilize our own standalone Revit licenses, you can switch to the $12.50/hr plan at the start of any billing cycle with simple written notification.

How is intellectual property and file confidentiality protected?

Before any drawing file, CAD background, or RVT model is transferred, we execute an AIA-compliant Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All intellectual property, models, families, and drawings remain 100% the exclusive property of your firm.

How does billing and invoicing work?
