A production partner, not a drawing factory

Outsourcing Revit work only helps if the model comes back the way your practice would have built it. Insolitude is a senior-architect-led production practice: every project is run by an architect with 9+ years' experience, and we have worked with international teams since 2017. Your drawings are not passed down to a pool of trainees.

We work in Revit and AutoCAD on every project, within your own templates, families, view templates, title blocks and drawing standards, and directly on your servers or common data environment where you prefer. The result is a model and drawing set that your team can pick up and carry on without tidying first.

UK project experience

Our team has worked on UK projects across several sectors, including airport work at Heathrow, housing schemes and office buildings. That means we are used to the way UK practices organise drawing packages, how information is issued at each stage, and how comments come back from consultants and the client team. We follow your practice's own conventions rather than imposing ours.

What we take on

  • Revit/BIM modelling: building out models from design information, CAD-to-BIM conversion and model clean-up.
  • Drawing production: general arrangement plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings, coordinated across the package.
  • Planning and building control drawings: submission sheets prepared to your brief.
  • Redlines and revisions: markups picked up across the full set and checked back.
  • Revit families and detailing: bespoke families and details built to your standards.

Collaboration and turnaround

We are based in Coimbatore, India, a few hours ahead of the UK. In practice, markups sent at the end of your working day come back by the next morning, so your team starts each day with updated drawings. We collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft Teams and Slack, keeping markups and conversations in the tools your practice already uses. More on how we work with you day to day.

Clear, published pricing

Our rates are quoted in US dollars and are the same for every client:

  • $10 per hour working on your Revit and AutoCAD licences
  • $12.50 per hour using our own licences
  • 160-hour monthly plans for continuing capacity

Every engagement begins with a paid one-week, 40-hour trial on a real task from a live project, so you can judge quality, communication and standards compliance before committing. The trial is paid, real production work. See the pricing page for full details.
