Most US firms that outsource architectural drafting have been burned at least once: a vendor that hands the work to a rotating pool of juniors, ignores the office standard, and sends back sets your project architect has to redraw. Insolitude is built the other way round. Every project is led by a senior architect with 9+ years of production experience, and we have been working with international teams since 2017.

We work in Revit and AutoCAD on every project, inside your own templates, title blocks, view templates and CAD standards, and directly on your servers or cloud hub when you prefer. The sheets we hand back look like your office drew them, because they follow your rules rather than ours.

• Construction documents: plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, enlarged plans, schedules and details, coordinated across the set.
• Permit drawings: submission-ready sheets with code and life-safety information laid out the way your jurisdiction expects.
• Revit/BIM modeling: CAD-to-BIM conversion, model build-out from design development, and Revit family creation.
• Redlines and revisions: markups picked up across the full set, with backchecks so nothing slips through.
• Detailing: assemblies and details drawn to your standards and detail library.

We have produced drawing sets for projects in Ohio, Illinois (Chicago), Florida, Virginia, Tennessee (Nashville) and Minnesota. Each jurisdiction has its own habits around code analysis sheets, egress plans, accessibility notes and submission formats, and we have learned to follow the local reviewer's expectations rather than a generic template. When your next project lands in a state we have not worked in, we adapt to its codes and amendments with your project architect's guidance, the same way an experienced in-house drafter would.

We are based in Coimbatore, India. For a US studio that time difference is useful: markups you send at the end of your day come back by your morning. Your team reviews fresh sheets at the start of the day instead of waiting for them. We collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft Teams and Slack, so comments, markups and files stay in the tools your office already uses. • $10/hr when we work on your Revit and AutoCAD licenses
• $12.50/hr when we use our own licenses
• 160-hour monthly plans for ongoing capacity
